This policy explains what personal information DD Academy (operated by Digital Dukandaari) collects when you use this website or enroll in a program, and how it's used.
Information we collect
When you enroll in a program, we collect your full name, email address, and WhatsApp number (including country code). If you've previously purchased another DD Academy program, you may also provide a reference (email or phone) to that prior order for credit purposes.
How we use it
- To process your payment and confirm your enrollment
- To add you to the correct WhatsApp group for your program
- To send confirmation and support messages by email and WhatsApp
- To reconcile credits between programs, where applicable
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with: Razorpay, to process payment; our email provider, to send transactional messages; and an internal order log used by our team to fulfill your enrollment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this website and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may set cookies in your browser.
Data retention
We keep enrollment records for as long as needed to fulfill your program, resolve any credit or refund claims, and meet our accounting obligations.
