How credits work

DD Academy's programs are designed as a ladder. The Entry bootcamp is fully creditable toward any Skill-based or Flagship program. Each Skill-based bootcamp is creditable toward the Flagship program only. Credits do not run in the other direction, and the Flagship program itself is not creditable toward anything further.

How a credit is applied

Credits and tier-upgrade discounts are not automatic at checkout in this phase. If you've previously purchased an Entry or Skill-based program, enter the email or phone number you used for that purchase in the "previously purchased" field at checkout. Our team verifies the prior order and applies the credit manually — either as a partial refund against your new payment, or as a discount, at our discretion. Please allow us a little time to follow up after you enroll.

Cancelling before your cohort starts

If you need to cancel a purchase before your cohort begins, outside of the credit mechanic above, contact us and we'll handle it manually on a case-by-case basis. See the Contact page to reach us.

Failed or incomplete payments

If a payment fails or is abandoned before completion, you are not charged and no order is created — there is nothing to refund in that case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your payment reference.
