These terms govern your use of the DD Academy website and your enrollment in any DD Academy program. DD Academy is operated by Digital Dukandaari. By enrolling in a program or using this website, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
DD Academy sells access to live, cohort-based training programs ("bootcamps"). Programs are delivered live and coordinated through WhatsApp groups — we do not provide a self-serve video course library or an online learning dashboard. Cohort schedules are shared inside your WhatsApp group after enrollment, not published on this website.
Enrollment and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or payment details. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
Refunds and credits
Refunds, cancellations, and tier-upgrade credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Communication consent
By enrolling, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp and email about the program you've purchased, including cohort scheduling, group invitations, and support.
Conduct
You agree to use our WhatsApp groups and any shared materials respectfully and only for your own learning. Content shared within a program is for enrolled participants only and may not be redistributed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or enrollment in a program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
